Shipping Options & Rates (Australia-wide)
We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia:
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $5 AUD
- FREE on all orders over $100 AUD
Express Shipping
- Flat rate: $10 AUD
- FREE on all orders over $100 AUD
Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time estimates (after dispatch):
- Standard: 3–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. postal service issues, public holidays, or peak periods).
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider, but we’ll always do our best to assist if your parcel is taking longer than expected.
Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost parcels or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
